Returns Policy
We appreciate your support through your purchase of 29 Branded Beef. We do our best to serve our customers and hope that you are satisfied with every product you purchase from us. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of the out-of-stock product, using the original method of payment. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Shipping Policy
Large beef orders may be sent an additional invoice to cover the cost of additional shipping materials as there are weight restrictions on the boxes. In this case, the customer will be emailed the second invoice (sent to the email account used during checkout). Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice has been paid.
Items offered on our website are only available to be shipped to Physical Addresses in the United States at this time, as our products are inspected at the USDA level only. Shipments cannot be made to P.O Boxes. Customers with rural addresses may consider shipping to your nearest UPS access point to ensure timely delivery of your frozen beef, but this is not a requirement. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify; therefore, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship our beef using insulated packaging and frozen gel/ice packs through UPS. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed, or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold on arrival, it is safe to eat or refreeze. Because of the known perishability of food products, we cannot be held liable for the product following time of delivery. The buyer will receive order updates via the email address provided to us during the checkout process and buyer assumes responsibility of properly receiving and refrigerating or freezing their product upon immediate delivery. If your beef is warm at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to ensure that perishable items arrive cool and before the weekend. Shipping order cutoff for the week is on Monday at 1 PM PST. Orders received after to 1 PM PST on Mondays with Shipping requested will automatically be rolled to be shipped the following week. All orders placed Tuesday through Sunday will be shipped the following week or arrangements can be made to pick up your order from the Ranch.
We offer free local pickup for orders picked up at the Ranch, as well as $10 local delivery within 30 miles. Local pickup hubs at various locations throughout Sherman County and the Columbia River Gorge may also be scheduled for a $15 fee.
