Bulk Beef Herdshare

We are offering a limited amount of bulk beef/herd shares! Our next processing date is September 18th, and beef will be ready for pick-up the end of September. There is a non-refundable deposit of $250 required to reserve your share. Pricing on the beef is as follows, and the deposit will be deducted from the total owed. 

Whole Beef - $6.00/lb (estimated $4,320 total)
Half Beef - $6.50/lb (estimated $2,340 total)
Quarter Beef - $7.00/lb (estimated $1,260 total)

The pricing includes basic processing fees. Any smoked products or value-added products are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by the basic processing fees. Our beef have an average hanging weight is approximately 720 lbs. but may vary. All animals will be processed by our processor, and we will deliver them there for no additional costs. Buyers will be required to handle cut sheet decisions and cutting instructions with the processor. 

Pick-up will be the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery may be available for a small fee if arrangements are made with us ahead of time. There is no shipping available on bulk beef at this time.
