Specialty Cuts

We are offering a few specialty cuts. The supply of these cuts will be limited and may be requested by customers for upcoming processing dates to assure availability. These cuts include: Beef Heart; Liver; Tongue; and Oxtail. 

We will also entertain requests for additional Specialty Cuts such as Tomahawk or Cowboy Steaks, Osso Bucco and others. These requests will require a deposit due to additional fees from the Butcher to provide these specialties. Contact us for more information and pricing.
